Richard Lanyon

Richard Lanyon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having graduated from Portsmouth University.

He completed a Short Service Career in the Royal Green Jackets and also successfully undertook the RICS Post-Graduate Diploma in Property Investment at the College of Estate Management in 2000.

He has over 25 years experience in the UK property investment market, having qualified at Cluttons and worked as both a principal and in a consultancy role at Verschoyle Fleming Ltd, Lanyon Fleming Ltd and Ian Scott International Ltd.
